Oversee event logistics including catering, audiovisual needs, decorations, and guest services. Lead on-site teams during events to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise. Implement effective time management strategies to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards. Develop marketing strategies for events, including fundraising initiatives when applicable. Maintain strong relationships with hotel and restaurant partners to enhance service offerings. Manage and report on event budgets.
