Merrifield Consultants are supporting a national charity to recruit an experienced iTrent Development Specialist. This role is ideal for someone with strong iTrent configuration experience who can improve how the system supports colleagues across the charity.About the roleYou will take ownership of developing, configuring and improving iTrent modules across recruitment, onboarding, absence and other core HR processes. The role includes testing changes, resolving system issues, managing upgrades, maintaining accurate data and ensuring that access and permissions are set correctly.
