Accounts Administrator

Job Title: Accounts Administrator Location: Bond Street, London (fully in office )Pay: 14-16 per hourDuration: Temporary 3 monthsHours/days: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Administrator to support our clients finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, accurate with numbers, and has a good understanding of financial procedures. Key Responsibilities:Process purchase invoices and match with purchase ordersReconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepanciesManage accounts payable and accounts receivablePrepare and process payments (BACS, CHAPS etc.)Maintain accurate financial records and ledgersAssist with month-end procedures including journal entriesBank reconciliations and cashbook entriesSupport the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative tasksMonitor and respond to finance-related queries in a timely mannerLiaise with internal departments and external suppliers as needed Key Requirements:Previous experience in a similar accounts/finance roleStrong numerical and data entry skills with high accuracyFamiliarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, Oracle, NetSuite)Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office SuiteExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbi
