This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional to take on a leadership role and support a high standard of care delivery.Key Duties Oversee the team day-to-day, allocating job roles. Ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks to meet resident''s needs. Train and mentor team members on proper techniques and procedures. Administer medication. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth work flow and communication. Address any issues or concerns raised by team members and provide solutions. Maintain accurate records.Requirements Previous experience in a leadership role within the care sector. Strong knowledge of regulations and best practices.
