Role PurposeThe role involves proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of production equipment and systems to maintain uninterrupted operations. Collaboration with key stakeholders and professionals is essential to enhance machinery performance, minimise breakdowns, and implement strategies that improve the reliability, safety, and efficiency of plant operations and production processes.Key ResponsibilitiesChampion a safety-first culture by promoting safe and environmentally responsible working practices through effective day-to-day operations.Foster open and effective communication with key stakeholders, building trust and encouraging constructive dialogue and collaboration.Maintain and apply technical knowledge of core mechanical systems and electrical principles relevant to the production environment to ensure timely and efficient maintenance and fault resolution.Carry out predictive, preventative, and reactive maintenance activities on manufacturing equipment and services, ensuring alignment with business needs and quality standards.
