Our client has an opportunity for an : Junior Commercial Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established organisation were you will be providing ongoing support to the senior commercial analyst and assisting in the day-to-day administrative function of the finance department

Role: Junior Commercial Analyst
Location: Prestwick
Salary: DOE
Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 & Friday 08:30 - 14:30

What you''ll be doing:

• Cleanse daily clocking data from time management systems
• Assist with daily, weekly and monthly reporting
• Tracking project profitability
• Facilitate verification and approval of incoming vendor invoices
• Issue temporary security passes when required
• General administrative tasks as required to support the wider Finance Team

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Excel including basic formulas such as vlookup, xlookup, if(s) and conditional formatting (Experience with Smartsheet would be considered an advantage)
• Experience with Navision / MS Dynamics 365 Business Central accounting software (prior experience with any ERP system would be considered an advantage)
• Comfortable collating and manipulating data
• Great attention to detail
• Curiosity and an analytical mindset
• Experience with time tracking management
• Understanding of basic accounting concepts
