They have a vacancy for a qualified domestic gas engineer to cover the HP postcode area carrying out maintenance and repairs within domestic social housing properties on a local housing association contract. Duties: Annual Gas Safety Checks (LGSR) Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems. Ensuring a high level of customer care is met on a day-to-day basis. Following all Health and Safety requirements and legislation including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records Requirements: Gas qualifications held for a minimum of 2 years. Experience in servicing boilers and gas appliances as well as strong fault-finding/diagnostic and repair skills. In-date ACS qualifications including CKR1 and HTR1 Full UK Driving Licence No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment) Salary and Package: 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday Additional overtime and weekend work available paid additionally Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided.
