They offer strong rewards and excellent training and development.The Role of Head of New BusinessAs Head of New Business you will take ownership of a sales team of 6 who are selling subscriptions to a highly respected, market-leading business information platform which is used by marketers across many of the world''s largest companies. Clients are a mixture of marketing agencies and direct brands (across all sectors).Driving the new business strategy- Managing, coaching and motivating a team of 6 sales people (2 x SDR’s and 4 x BDM’s)- Managing the quality, quantity and direction of the sales effort (targeting methodology, data analysis, joint meetings, improving decks and proposals, sales training etc)-100% people management, coaching and development
