The roleAs a Nursery Practitioner / Room Leader, you will support the delivery of high-quality early years provision in line with the EYFS framework. You will help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where children can explore, develop socially and emotionally, and build early learning foundations. As a Room Leader, you will also provide guidance to colleagues within your designated room and ensure high standards of care and educational provision are consistently maintained.
