Our client, a pioneering and innovative in-house firm, is currently seeking a Probate Team Leader to join one of their already established offices across the UK. This is a remote role; however, some hybrid working will be required.

As a Probate Team Leader, your day will look like the below:

Supporting the leadership department and directly contributing to leading, developing, and motivating the team to deliver performance targets.

Guiding a team through their career and being a direct line manager for them, including completing performance reviews.

Leading by example, driving and motivating a team to ensure their work is carried out in a process-led way to the highest standards.

Ensuring an extremely high level of customer service is delivered throughout the team.

Using your initiative to suggest business process improvements, not only to your direct team but the whole department.

The ideal candidate will have the below attributes/experience:

A high level of technical knowledge to support the team with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of legal issues, including probate matters.

Someone who is open to continuously learning to maintain their skillset.

The ability to work well in a team.

The ability to manage and mentor a team.

Driven by delivering a high standard of customer service.

A history of successful completions, completed in a timely manner, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience utilizing management information (MI) software.

A solutions-oriented approach to work.
