You will be heavily involved in maintaining core infrastructure, improving operational processes, and contributing to the organisation''s long-term technology roadmap.Key responsibilities of the Operations AnalystDeliver day-to-day operational support for cloud-hosted and on-premises server environments and networksWork closely with Application Support colleagues to diagnose and resolve service issuesMaintain and enhance infrastructure to ensure secure, stable, and highly available services for approximately 6,500 users across 300 locationsContribute to lifecycle management and continuous improvement initiativesSupport the planning, testing, and rollout of infrastructure changes and upgradesBuild strong working relationships with internal teams and external partnersUphold cybersecurity best practice and support efforts to retain security accreditationsRequired skills and experience of the Operations AnalystBroad experience as a Microsoft-focused Cloud Engineer or Operations Analyst
