The Role We are seeking a skilled Fabric Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in fabric maintenance and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Respond to reactive maintenance tasks in line with SLAs. Carry out planned preventative maintenance within agreed timelines. Perform fabric maintenance including floors, doors, ceilings, and wall coverings. Undertake basic plumbing and carpentry tasks. Use a PDA for work updates and communication. Conduct point-of-work risk assessments. Support minor project works and ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Liaise with client representatives and supervise subcontractors when required. What We''re Looking For Proven experience in fabric maintenance, ideally in a heavy industrial setting.
