Principal People are working with a well-established Health and Safety Consultancy, to recruit a Building Control Surveyor to be working across projects with a variation of clients predominantly within the North-West region. This will be an ongoing contract looking initially at 12 months with likelihood to continue beyond this. This is to pay the successful candidate a day rate of £(Apply online only)/day.This key on-site role will involve working closely with developers, contractors, architects, designers, and client-appointed Building Control Bodies, providing expert guidance and ensuring statutory compliance is achieved, documented, and tracked.You will be engaged from the early design stage through to full project lifecycle oversight, supporting clients across the North-West.
