Our client a premier residential contractor delivering high-end refurbishments, extensions, and new build homes looking for Site Managers to join their team in London. Role Overview We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Site Manager to oversee daily operations on residential building projects across London. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards, while managing trades, subcontractors, site health and safety, and client relationships. Key Responsibilities Lead on-site construction activities for high-spec residential projects Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams Monitor and ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications Conduct daily site briefings, toolbox talks, and health and safety checks Maintain project timelines, site diaries, and progress reports Liaise with clients, architects, and the project team to resolve issues promptly Ensure full compliance with CDM regulations and company HandS policies Manage materials ordering and deliveries to avoid delays Ensure the site remains clean, secure, and safe at all times Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction Experience working on high-end refurbishments, extensions, or new builds Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations SMSTS and CSCS certification (essential)
