Key Responsibilities:Oversee accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and payroll prepAssisting with the preparation of management accounts, financial reports, cashflow forecasts, accruals, prepayments and journalsEnsure compliance with HMRC, audit, and regulatory standardsSupport financial planning and strategic modellingIdentify and deliver process improvements across finance systemsCoordinate external audits and assist in risk and control assessmentsManage and maintain financial and administrative data setsProduce and maintain dashboards to support internal reportingConduct audits to ensure data accuracy and integritySupport the marketing team with financial input and campaign analysisProvide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsProvide holiday and sickness cover within the wider operational team W
