National Account Executive – Tesco and Iceland (12 Month FTC)About LindtWe are a premium chocolate manufacturer established in 1845 operating in over 86 countries. We are a Top 20 Great Place to Work and invest in our people, with iconic brands such as LINDOR and GOLD BUNNY.We are proud to be one of the few ''bean-to-bar'' chocolate makers in the world, controlling every step of our chocolate production.Location and working patternThis role is based in Feltham, London (Hybrid: in the office 60% and WFH 40%) until December 2025. It will be based in Richmond upon Thames from 2026 onward.Role purposeYou will deliver sales, profit and market share objectives for the account in line with company goals through joint plans with the key trading team, and develop plans that enable longer-term growth.Key responsibilitiesWork with the SNAMs and customer cross-functional team to manage the existing business and processes.Identify incremental sales opportunities and determine actions/investment with a clear business rationale; ongoing across all year-round business with increased focus at seasonal peaks.Full accountability for New Line Process (internal/external), promotional forms (external), price match reporting (external) and sample/product mock-ups (internal/external).Full ownership of one other account with support from the SNAM and wider cross-functional team.Ad hoc analysis and work as requested by the Account Teams.Sales reportingTrack and share weekly Grocery EPOS for Lindt; monthly portfolio analysis with rationale behind performance; promotional tracking and comparison to metrics; monitor key competitor activity; ensure EPOS figures are up to date and aligned with account expectations.Displays/Incremental displaysCollaborate with NAMs to ensure displays are delivered in time for Day 1 compliance; develop with the customer marketing team best FDU solutions to meet multiple format needs.Experience we’d likeWe welcome applicants with a range of backgrounds. Key attributes include:Experience in FMCG/Sales (including placements).UK Driving Licence (desirable).Ability to build real relationships and show ambition to make an impact.Numerate with strong analytical ability; IT literate (MS Word, Excel, etc.).Excellent planning, organisation and attention to detail; good negotiation and presentation skills.Salary and benefitsSalary range: £34,000 – £36,000 plus car allowance.
