NLB Solutions are working with a client that are recruiting for a Qualified Management Accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA), with a minimum of a years post qualified experience, that is looking for role that will develop and grow as the business expands. The role will involve ensuring the accuracy of our financial reporting, supporting our clinic operations, and contributing to strategic financial decisions. The ideal candidate will be commercially astute, comfortable engaging with non-finance stakeholders, and passionate about improving processes across the business. The role will report into a Head of Finance but work with the Accounts Payable specialist and a part qualified Management Accountant to provide the information for the front end of the business. Duties: Prepare and manage monthly profit and loss (PandL) statements and balance sheets to deliver accurate and timely management accounts. Ensure prompt month-end close processes, including variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
