Key Responsibilities Electrical repairs, installations, and fault finding in occupied and void properties Testing, inspection, and certification (EICRs) Ensuring all work meets BS 7671 (18th Edition) standards Diagnosing faults quickly and delivering effective repairs first time where possible Maintaining full compliance with health and safety procedures at all times Communicating professionally with tenants and housing staff Recording work accurately and completing all relevant documentation Delivering high-quality workmanship with minimal disruption to residents Requirements Own van ECS Gold Card (Electrician) NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation City and Guilds 2391 (Test and Inspection) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) Asbestos Awareness certification Benefits 24.00 per hour (CIS) Consistent weekday work Social housing contract (long-term potential) Stable workload with local sites
