Job Duties JOB DESCRIPTION: Under broad direction, plans and manages the operation and maintenance of a large Real Estate Services (RES) Major Property Location (MPL) site, which may include office, laboratory, manufacturing, warehouse and/or trainee housing facilities in multiple buildings, often in a campus setting.
