Handle client complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process client accounts and file documentsThis role is desk-based with meetings conducted via phone and Teams, and they have a flexible hybrid working model which allows you to split your time between home and office.The Individual:Hold the Diploma in Financial PlanningHave previous relevant experience Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of Financial PlanningIdeally have a desire to obtain Chartered status.
