SEN Learning Mentor Are you a passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? We''re currently recruiting for SEN Learning Mentors to support our specialist schools and alternative provisions. Key Responsibilities:- Deliver planned learning activities or teaching programmes under the direction of the class teacher, adapting as needed to suit individual pupil responses.- Assist in maintaining accurate records of pupil activities and achievements.- Support pupils social, emotional and behavioural needs; report any concerns promptly.- Aid in the preparation and organisation of resources for classroom activities.- Deliver feedback to pupils regarding their performance under teacher guidance.- Encourage and promote independent learning and inclusion within the classroom.- Assist with pupils'' personal needs, including toileting, dressing, feeding, and mobility support, where required.Ideal Candidate Will Have:- Experience supporting children with SEN in a school setting.- Specialist schools or alternative provision experience is desirable.- A good working knowledge of phonics and its application in early education.- A calm, adaptable and proactive approach to supporting children with varying needs.- A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (desirable, but not es
