Key Responsibilities:- Handle residential property transactions from instruction to completion.- Deal with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders.- Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm procedures.

Requirements:- PQE in Residential Conveyancing.- Ability to manage your own caseload independently.- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.- Excellent client care and communication skills.
