We''re looking for a Senior React Developer/Tech Lead to join a major digital transformation project within a leading global brand. This is a highly visible role working closely with senior stakeholders during the discovery phase of a new initiative, with the view to remain on and lead the team through delivery. INSIDE IR35HYBRID WORKING Key Responsibilities Act as the technical lead for the Front End workstream during discovery and initial development phases. Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to shape technical approaches and define Front End architecture. Drive React-based development, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. Contribute to technical decision-making and oversee implementation once the wider team is established. Work closely with Back End and design teams to deliver seamless, high-performing user experiences. Required Skills andamp; Experience Strong commercial experience building applications with React.js, including modern frameworks and libraries (eg React 18+, Redux, TypeScript). Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience leading or mentoring developers and contributing to architecture or technical direction. Exposure to full-stack development (Node.js or similar) would be beneficial but not essential. Strong communication skills and experience working in client-facing or consultancy-style environments. Proven ability to operate effectively in agile, cross-functional teams. N
