Grove House is designed to meet the needs of residents with enduring mental health. It is staffed 24 hours a day, with staff available during the day and a sleep in member of staff. Grove House staff offer a high level of support, and clients work closely with staff to achieve their personal goals and gain increased independence before taking the next step in their journey. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to residents with serious mental illness including adults who have a primary diagnosis of a psychotic illness often with one or more coexisting conditions such physical health issues, neurodiversity, drugs and alcohol use and cognitive impairment.
