A fantastic opportunity for a driven and hands-on professional with both mechanical and electrical skills to play a key role in maintaining and improving our operations.Key Responsibilities:Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance on production equipment and facilitiesDiagnose faults and perform effective repairs on electrical and mechanical systemsWork with other departments to minimise downtime and improve productivityContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysisMaintain accurate records of work completed and parts usedEnsure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with health and safety standardsRequirements:Time-served or qualified in mechanical/electrical engineering (e.g., NVQ Level 3, HNC, etc.)Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role within a manufacturing or similar environmentStrong fault-finding skills in both electrical and mechanical disciplinesExperience with PLCs, motors, conveyors, pneumatics, or hydraulics is advantageousFlexible and proactive approach with excellent problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work autonomously or as part of a team
