2nd Line Systems Engineer CANDIDATES MUST HAVE MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER (MSP) EXPERIENCE Hybrid working following successful completion of 3 month induction.We are seeking a proactive 2nd LineSystems Engineer to join our clients Service Delivery Team, delivering top-tier IT support both remotely and on client sites.Responsibilities:Respond to technical requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.Resolve 2nd line and NOC support tickets promptly.Provide on-site client support and maintain clear ticket documentation.Identify recurring IT issues and implement permanent solutions.Develop technical guides, mentor 1st Line Analysts, and liaise with partners/vendors.Stay updated on technology and cyber-security developments; pursue relevant certifications.Requirements:Minimum 3 years IT support experience, in an MSP environment.Experience working on a busy service desk.Strong customer service and client-facing skills.Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, virtualization, networking, backup/DR solutions, and cyber-security technologies.Competent with Windows, macOS, and mobile device support.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.UK driving license required.Join us to deliver exceptional IT support and help drive innovative technology solutions for our clients.
