An organisation in the healthcare sector is looking for Assistant Management Accountant on an interim basis. This is a key opportunity for someone with solid experience in finance and management accounts who is looking to step into a dynamic role with room to grow. The Role You''ll support the management accountants and finance manager in delivering accurate, timely financial data that drives business decisions. This includes: Maintaining financial systems and verifying coding/project costs Posting journals, accruals, and prepayments Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and PandL analysis Supporting the quarterly management accounts process Assisting with budgeting and forecasting Monitoring procurement efficiency and supplier contracts Managing NHS pension reconciliations and property cost tracking Producing reports for project performance evaluation Contributing to the development of finance policies and mentoring junior finance staff About You: AAT Level 4 qualification or equivalent experience Proven experience in a finance role with involvement in management accounts Strong Excel and finance system skills Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
