PPM''s to set HVAC engineering standards in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act requirementsRespond to Reactive Works to include all Mechanical, Electrical, various plumbing tasks and minor fabric issues.Adhering to out of hours call out rota.Providing engineering condition reports, quotations and timely completion of paperworkTechnical understanding of manufacturer s instructions and technical literature.IT literate with an understanding of Service level AgreementsEssential: ACS in Domestic and Commercial Gas with elements. Oil OFTEC servicing. Plumbing tasks, Toilet repairs, water heater repairs etc. Small General fabric repairsDesirable but not essential IPAF, PASMA, Unvented hot water systems, OIL/ OFTEC, AC (FGAS), HETAS, BSth Edition, Minor building/fabric items; controls/BMS as requested when necessary.
