This Corporate Solicitor role offers a varied caseload, plenty of client contact, and the chance to get involved in networking and business development, with flexibility on working location and some travel between offices as needed.You''ll handle a broad range of corporate matters including acquisitions and disposals, restructures, management buy-outs, shareholders'' agreements, joint ventures and wider company/compliance work.
