Overview We are currently seeking a skilled HGV Driver to join our East Suffolk based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting non hazardous bulk liquid goods safely and efficiently to designated locations for 1 dedicated customer. Duties - Drive HGV Class 1 vehicle- Be prepared to be away from home with regular nights out- Communicate effectively with our customer and their team members using their app based portal system- Load and unload goods from the vehicle- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks- Follow all safety regulations and traffic laws- Navigate routes using GPS or maps- Qualifications - Hold a valid Commercial Driving Licence (CDL) + Drive CPC- Previous experience as a driver role is advantageous- Mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance- Ability to work independently and as part of a small dedicated team- Strong communication skills and personell skills (dealing with customer + end user)- Organisational skills to plan routes efficientlyIf you are a reliable and experienced driver looking for a new opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
