Job Opportunity: Temporary Finance Assistant – £13.46 per hour (Immediate start)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00
Contract: Temporary

Job Purpose:
We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Finance Assistant to support both the Financial Controller and Accounts Assistant. The successful candidate will assist with maintaining and processing the purchase ledger, ensuring accuracy and timely input of data. You will also be responsible for general administrative duties within the finance department and support with occasional analytical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the accurate and timely processing of the purchase ledger
• Support the resolution of queries related to payments and overdue accounts
• File and organise paperwork within the finance department
• Manage and distribute incoming emails
• Carry out other miscellaneous tasks as required
