With almost 1000 equipment installations across 50 countries, this is a truly talented and global company, the Controls Engineer will specify, implement, programme and commission control system hardware and software for a company''s range of handling equipment. Job Responsibilities: The design and development of control systems for new and existing products and processes. To configure, program, and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and other control components to meet customer requirements. Collaborate with other engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure control systems are integrated with other subsystems. Conduct testing and verification to ensure control systems meet performance and safety requirements. The development and maintenance of documentation, including specifications, schematics, and operating manuals. Experience required: HND or Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field. Strong knowledge of control theory, control algorithms, and feedback systems. Experience with PLC programming and HMI design. Ideally using Siemens TIA Portal or Rockwell Studio 5000.
