A well-established multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy are looking for a Building Services Director to join their growing team in Cambridge. The consultancy provides integrated design and technical expertise across a wide range of sectors including Commercial, Defence, Education, Residential and Public Sector developments. With multiple offices across the UK, the business delivers high-quality building design solutions and develops long-term partnerships with clients across the built environment. You will be responsible for leading the Building Services team in Cambridge with a strong focus on project delivery, client relationship management and business development. This role will involve overseeing the delivery of Mechanical and Electrical building services design projects while supporting the growth and development of the Cambridge team. As the Building Services Director, you will have the following responsibilities: Lead and manage the Building Services design team within the Cambridge office. Provide technical expertise across Mechanical and/or Electrical Building Services engineering. Support, mentor and develop engineers and designers within the team. Conduct performance reviews and identify training and devel
