Compliance Operations Manager and Project Manager

to join an international healthcare organisation headquartered in

West London . This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the delivery and continuous improvement of a global compliance programme supporting operations across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Latin America.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the design, development, and roll-out of international compliance initiatives and systems.Oversee the daily operation and enhancement of key compliance platforms, liaising with external vendors as needed.Draft and update policies, procedures, training materials, and internal communications.Support internal reporting and assurance activities, including metrics, audits, and presentations for stakeholders.Provide day-to-day compliance support and guidance to internal teams, including policy interpretation and risk mitigation.What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in leading large-scale, international projects with minimal supervision.Extensive project management experience with proven ability to drive and lead projects without supervision.Experience within the health care sector preferred.Exceptional organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to work across global teams, managing competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Solid understanding of compliance frameworks, with experience in vendor and system management.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
