Key Requirements Experience: 4-5 years in a similar data privacy role specifically within a software house/development environment. Credentials: Must hold a CIPP/E and/or CIPM qualification. Key Responsibilities Supplier Assurance: Lead vendor reviews for AI and privacy systems, verify technical/contractual controls, and sign off on outcomes within delegated thresholds. Risk Assessments andamp; Records: Lead DPIAs, LIAs, and AI impact assessments; identify mitigations for low-to-medium risk use cases. Identify and fill gaps in Article 30 documentation. Business Advisory: Act as a pragmatic, solution-oriented advisor to cross-functional teams regarding privacy laws, internal policies, and ISO 27701 standards.
