The role holder will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.The ideal candidate will be passionate about all aspects of residential property work including delivering exceptional client care and will act for a range of clients including individuals and business clients as a trusted advisor.We welcome candidates who are undergoing their training or who are already qualified.How does the day-to-day look? Managing a caseload of residential sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold transactions.Preparing SDLT forms and handling other property-related transactions.Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong client relationships.Liaising with clients and third parties to ensure smooth and timely progress of cases.Supporting and collaborating with other team members to achieve shared goals.
