Account Manager - Hybrid/Bath - £45k
Role: Account Manager Type: Permanent Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum base salary, plus full travel expenses Location: Bath - hybrid working, with 2 days per week in the officeiO Associates are working with an established and values-led organisation in the healthtech space that is looking to appoint an Account Manager to support and grow a portfolio of existing customers.This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, understanding customer challenges, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell in a meaningful way. The role would suit someone who is commercially minded, highly organised, and motivated by delivering a great customer experience.There is also clear progression available, with the opportunity to develop into a more strategic account management role over time, with greater exposure to procurement-level conversations and longer-term account planning.Responsibilities:Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accountsBuilding long-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholdersLeading regular service reviews and maintaining strong account engagementIdentifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across the account baseUnderstanding customer challenges and aligning solutions to their needsMonitoring account health and proactively addressing risks or issuesActing as a trusted advisor and internal advocate for customersWorking closely with product, support and internal teams
