Job Description:The Regional Sales Advisor is responsible for covering show rounds, showcases, first look day/evenings, visit follow-ups and welcome meetings when there is sickness, holidays, or when venues need additional support due to high demand. This role ensures exceptional customer service by conducting show rounds, showcases, and virtual venue tours, providing a seamless and engaging experience. The Regional Sales Advisor supports the entire client show round process, from initial visit checks to post-visit follow-ups, and assists in converting visits into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:Wedding Show Rounds :121 visits and First look Day/EventsCheck couples are attending their appointment 48 hours before by call or SMS.Conduct 121 personal visits: Provide a 60-90 minute tour with the couple highlighting the venue in the order of a wedding. Emphasise the heart, romance, and beauty a wedding brings. After the tour, discuss their thoughts and expectations over refreshments, outline available options, and facilitate booking.Conduct virtual tours: Use technology to provide tours for couples unable to attend in person. Discuss spaces and answer questions afterward.Contact venue stylists to dress the venue for First Look Day/Evening''sQuarterly Venue Showcase EventsWork with the Welcome Team Managers to arrange staffing, and work with suppliers to create wedding inspiration for potential and booked couples.Invite the following suppliers:Venue dressing to style the venue (Consider themes or seasons when coordinating with suppliers for these events)Music Entertainment to create captivating atmospherePhotographer or videographer to capture the eventWork with the Bar Manager and Head Chef to provide refreshments and catering based around the seasonWelcome and interact warmly with couples, work with the Events, bar team and chefs to answer questions on catering and event management.Allow couples to roam, ask questions, and work on securing bookings with potential couplesFollow-UpsFollow up on Visit/event visitsAddress post visit questions and quote requestscontact follow-ups after visitsBookingsManage Abandoned baskets and portal reportsAdd new bookings and chase overdue depositsAct as the sole point of contact for couples during the initial booking periodWelcome Team Meetings/eveningsConduct welcome meetings post-booking to understand couple''s desires and show how to achieve their dream wedding. Focus on upselling, explanation, and relationship buildingCreate detailed quotes after welcome back meeting, outlining all costs and sharing them with couples and internal teamsHand Over wedding plans, guest numbers and expectations to the events team and head office for coordination during the planning journey and after final billingNon - Weddings (Parties/Corportate etc)Conduct visits: Provide a 40–60-minute tour with the client highlighting the venue for their event. After the tour, discuss their thoughts and expectations for refreshments, outline available options, and facilitate booking.Follow up on the visitGeneralEnsure all inbound contact is answered within a timely manner.Maintain expert knowledge of all products and services.Provide ideas and feedback from couples to the Regional Sales Manager to continually enhance our offerings.Aim to increase guest numbers and spending per guest annuallyTeam CollaborationWork alongside the National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Welcome Team Manager, Sales Team, and Events Teams to ensure seamless communication.Artemis Venue Services are leaders in the business of weddings.
