You will have experience of:Basic culinary knowledge and genuine passion for cookingPrevious kitchen experience (even in a support role or during training)Understanding of food hygiene and safety standardsAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamGood time management and ability to work under pressureWillingness to learn and rotate through kitchen sectionsFlexibility with shifts, including weekends and holidaysPhysically fit for a fast-paced kitchen environmentImportant Notes:1.
