Teaching Assistant
Location: Weston-Super-Mare
Salary: -90100 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025

We''re looking for a teaching assistant to join Tradewind. Working in a variety of schools in Weston-Super-Mare. The successful candidate will ideally have SEN experience, excellent behaviour management skills, and be able to work effectively with a student who requires additional support.

Responsibilities include:

Providing one-on-one support to a student
Supporting the student''s development
Collaborating with the classroom teacher and other staff members to provide a positive and inclusive learning environment
Assisting with the student''s behaviour management and social-emotional development
Qualifications:

Experience working with children and students with SEND
A nurturing nature
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work immediately and for the rest of the academic year
