We re looking for a skilled Senior Security Systems Engineer to lead installation, commissioning, and maintenance of CCTV, intruder alarm, access control, and door entry systems across high-end residential and mixed-use developments in London and the South East. You ll act as the go-to engineer on site supporting junior team members, solving complex faults, and ensuring all systems meet NSI/SSAIB and industry standards Location: Covering London and South East Office based in West London Job Type: Full-time, permanent Salary: Up to 50k + overtime, call-out and bonus opportunities Package: Company van, fuel card, tools, uniform and ongoing training Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in the security systems industry. Strong technical knowledge across multiple systems (e.g. Hikvision, Paxton, Texecom, Honeywell, Videx). Proven experience supervising or mentoring engineers. ECS/CSCS (Skilled Worker or above). SSSTS (advantageous). Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, and Manual Handling training. IPAF/PASMA (preferred). Full UK Driving Licence and Right to Work in the UK.
