The school are looking for someone to work with pupils with Autism in a Year 1 class.The role as a SEND TA:To support students who struggle with their class workFacilitate a fun and friendly learning environmentTo provide support to the class teacherTo encourage children to do their bestHelp manage behaviourBuild good realtionships with the children in your careThe successful SEND TA will: Be calm and compassionate. Personality is everything!Be able to take initiative well and problem solveHave some experience working with children - desirable but not essentialBe patient.
