- Manage and process financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and spreadsheets for internal use.
- Assist with budget tracking and forecasting to support departmental goals.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to streamline processes and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to queries.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the team''s daily operations.
Profile
A successful Financial Administrator should have:
- A background in Accounting & Finance or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders.
