To carry out plumbing duties on sites as and when required. To provide a technical engineering service with the minimum of supervision to the OCS client in respect of mechanical servicing, repairs, maintenance and installation. To undertake the service and maintenance of other assets/trades that were deemed competent to do so. To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out. To have basic knowledge of multi-disciplined trades General building repairs Provide support to other in-house trades or complete other trade tasks, where deemed competent including minor plumbing repairs, tilling, painting and decorating and wet trades. Support the project team''s refurbishment works Support site engineer in undertaking maintenance
