Registered Manager - Children''s EBD Home - London - Up to £67,000 per annum (Depending on experience)Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead one of their Children''s Homes supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a full-time, permanent role offering 40 hours per week based in Ilford.About the RoleLead with passion and a commitment to delivering outstanding care and positive outcomes for young people.Successfully register with Ofsted and ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Uphold and promote safeguarding and child protection policies, fostering a transparent and safe environment.Guide and develop your team''s understanding of safeguarding practices.Provide strong, inspirational leadership and effective people management.Build and maintain a motivated, skilled, and engaged team, focused on continuous development.Allocate resources efficiently to ensure high-quality service delivery.Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.Manage budgets responsibly and strive to exceed performance targets.Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Recognise and celebrate team and individual achievements.What We''re Looking ForIn-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and Ofsted requirements.At least 2 years'' experience working in a Children''s Residential setting within the last 5 years, including 1 year in a supervisory role.Previous Ofsted registration as a Registered Manager is desirable but not essential.
