We are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join our friendly, supportive team at our well-established nursery in Wimbledon.
If you are a confident early years professional who enjoys leading a room, inspiring others, and creating exciting learning opportunities for children, we would love to hear from you.

The Role
As a Room Leader, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team within your room
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
- Ensure childrens learning and development is well supported and monitored
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety
- Support and mentor practitioners to achieve their best

What Were Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
- Previous experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
