The Role: As Design Coordinator / Technical Coordinator, you''ll play a key role in managing the design process from pre-construction through to delivery on site. Working closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Clients, you''ll ensure technical information is accurate, coordinated, and compliant with project requirements and current building regulations. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating design information between internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors. Reviewing drawings and technical documentation to ensure buildability and compliance. Managing the flow of information between design and construction teams.
