This position plays a vital role in supporting sales operations by ensuring that orders, reports, and product data are managed accurately and efficiently.Key Duties as a Customer Service Coordinator:Accurately input and manage customer orders within the systemGenerate and issue proforma invoices as requiredProduce and maintain reports relating to outstanding and active ordersCommunicate order updates and relevant information to both internal teams and customersMaintain organised and up-to-date documentation, including job recordsSet up and manage new product or part records within the systemTrack overdue items and liaise with internal teams to obtain missing updatesEnsure all system data is kept accurate and currentProvide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales TeamAssist with general coordination tasks to support smooth sales processesCustomer Service Coordinator Requirements:Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systemsPrevious exposure to ERP systemsExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handlingStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksEffective communication skills, both written and verbalA proactive mindset with the ability to follow up on outstanding informationBackground in sales support, customer ser
