Maintenance Operations Supervisor Sunderland £20 - £25 per hour We re seeking a Maintenance Operations Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and reliability of our production and test equipment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring minimal equipment downtime and maximum operational efficiency in line with company standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise a team of technicians responsible for repairing and maintaining production and test equipment Oversee and improve preventative maintenance programmes and procedures Develop and manage technician training programmes to ensure effective operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment Maintain inventory and spare parts to support ongoing operations Schedule and coordinate manufacturing maintenance activities Select, develop, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance and reliability across operations What You ll Bring A high school diploma or equivalent as a minimum education requirement 4 6 years experience in maintenance operations, including supervisory responsibilities Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance practices and technical troubleshooting Proven ability to lead, develop and support a high-performing technical team Excellent organisational and communication skills A proactive approach to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement This is a fantastic opportunity to
