Behaviour Support Worker

to join their team. This is a full-time role supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, many of whom have autism and other complex learning needs. The role includes 1.1 and group work.Key Responsibilities:Support pupils in managing behaviour and emotional regulation.Work 1:1 and in small groups to build trust and engagement.Implement tailored behaviour support strategies under the guidance of the SEN team.Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.The Ideal Candidate:Has experience working with children with challenging behaviour or SEN.Is calm, resilient, and empathetic.Understands safeguarding and behaviour management techniques.Team Teach or similar training is desirable but not essential.Apply now
